It's advised to book at least 2–3 weeks beforehand, and this is particularly important for the high season, which is between May and September. For commercial gatherings and personal festivities, it's best to reserve 4–6 weeks in advance for optimal selection and customization time.
What are the protocols for unfavorable sailing conditions?
Safety takes precedence. Should the weather be considered dangerous by our captain, we'll propose a new date for your charter or issue a complete refund. Weather conditions are monitored meticulously and should we anticipate adverse weather, you'll be informed 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
Is it possible to bring my own refreshments and snacks?
Absolutely, personal refreshments and snacks are permitted. Nonetheless, we also provide exceptional catering services and can tailor the menu according to your tastes. Keep in mind that for safety purposes, glass containers are not allowed on board.

What's your policy on cancellations?
For cancellations executed 72 hours prior to departure, a full reimbursement is issued. If the cancellation occurs within a time frame of 24–72 hours prior to departure, a 50% refund applies. Cancellations within 24 hours of the departure time are non-refundable, except in cases of adverse weather or mechanical faults on our end.
